What makes your sweet potato pies and cakes original?
Our sweet potato pies and cakes are made from sweet potatoes grown in our hometown, Vardaman, Mississippi, using passed down family-recipes.
Why is Vardaman known as the Sweet Potato Capital of the world?
The answer to this is quite simple ... the settlers of Vardaman claimed the name first! Vardaman's soil is perfect for raising sweet potatoes.
Are your products available for purchase online, or do you have physical stores?
Our products are available for sale both online and at our physical storefront in Vardaman, Mississippi.
Are there any allergens in your products, such as nuts or dairy?

Do you offer any sugar-free options?
Sweet Potato Sweets offers a wide variety of sugar-free treats.
How should I store your sweet potato pies and cakes to maintain freshness?
To maintain optimal freshness, store your baked goods in a refrigerated environment or freeze until you are ready to heat and serve. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing our sweet potato yum-yums, cheese straws, butter, marmalade or salsa.
Are your products available for wholesale?
All Sweet Potato Sweets products are available for wholesale. If you are interested in wholesale purchase, contact us at (662) 682-9647.
What are the store hours?
Sweet Potato Sweets is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on major holidays, including: January 1st, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Additionally, we close at 3:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
Order Status/Shipping
How do I know if my order has shipped?
For the most up-to-date information on your order status, please refer to the shipment confirmation email we send you. This email will include tracking information and details about your shipment. If you haven’t received this email, please check your inbox and spam/junk folders.
Please note: To ensure the freshness and quality of Sweet Potato Sweets products, orders placed before the weekend may not ship until the following Monday.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are unable to fulfill international orders at this time.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, please refer to the shipment confirmation email we sent you. This email contains tracking information and a link to monitor the status of your shipment. If you did not receive this email or need further assistance, check your inbox and spam/junk folders.
Please note: We recommend selecting a three-day shipping option for orders going to the following states:
WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO, VT, NH, MA, RI and NY.
What do I do if my order never arrived or is missing items?
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at (662) 682-9647 for assistance.
How do I change items in my order?
To change an item in your order, please reach out to our customer service at (662) 682-9647 for assistance. Please note, once your order has shipped out, you cannot alter or cancel that order.
Pricing and Billing
How do I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?
We will send an email order confirmation to the address associated with your account. If you need another copy of your receipt or invoice, please check your email's inbox and spam folder for the original confirmation. If you still can't find it, contact our customer service team at (662) 682-9647, and we'll be happy to resend it.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
When will my credit appear on my account?
Your credit should appear on your account within 4-7 business days. If it has been longer and you haven't seen the credit applied, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, scroll down to the bottom of your shopping cart and you will see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
